The rules for using Cheba Man AI, the dance video generator at chebamanai.com

These terms apply to everyone who uses Cheba Man AI ("we", "us") at chebamanai.com. By creating an account, buying credits or generating a video, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What the service does

Cheba Man AI turns one photo into a short dance video in the style of the viral Cheba Man clip. An image model first prepares a full-body portrait from your photo, and a video model then places that person on the red-lit stage of the original scene. Results are produced automatically by AI models and can vary from one generation to the next.

Cheba Man AI is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the creator of the original Cheba Man clip or to the owners of its music.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Deleting it also deletes your uploaded photos and generated videos.

3. Photos you upload

You may only upload photos that you have the right to use. In particular:

  • Upload photos of yourself, or of people who have clearly agreed to appear in a dance video.
  • Do not upload photos of minors unless you are their parent or legal guardian.
  • Do not upload photos of celebrities, public figures or strangers, or images that contain nudity, violence or hateful content.
  • Do not use the service to harass, impersonate, mislead or embarrass anyone.

You keep all rights to your photos. You give us a limited license to store and process them, and to send them to our AI model providers, only to create the videos you request.

We may refuse, stop or delete any generation, and suspend accounts, when we believe these rules were broken. The AI models also run their own safety checks and may reject a photo or a video.

4. Generated videos

Subject to these terms, you may download, keep and share the videos you generate, including on social media. Because each video recreates a scene that originated with someone else, you are responsible for how you use it, and you should not present it as the original clip or as a real event.

Generated videos have no watermark. We do not claim ownership of them, but we may show a small number of example videos that we generate ourselves on our website.

5. Credits, plans and payment

  • Generating a video costs credits. The current price per video and the available packs and plans are shown on the pricing page.
  • One-time packs are paid once, and their credits do not expire.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Each billing month adds a fresh credit allowance, and unused subscription credits expire at the end of that month. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • If a video fails to generate, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically.
  • Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable once credits have been used. If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact us and we will review it.

6. Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service, automate generations without our written permission, or get around credit charges or usage limits.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Cheba Man AI running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. AI model providers can change or become unavailable. We may change features, prices or these terms; for important changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email. Price changes never affect credits you have already bought.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
